- The project was conducted in 7 commune of 3 district of Thai Binh province and Ha Noi city. Each district have 1 commune control.
- Conducted input survey at 7 communes cases and 3 communes control
- Providing interventions to strengthen adolescents’ health in project communes.
- Conducted output survey at 7 communes cases and 3 communes control

- Designing the study, conducted input and output survey
- Write training document & train health staff, teacher, pupil, about adolescent health and HIV/AIDS prevention
- Implement cases activities
- Monitoring monthly activities
- Analyze data and write report
- Fomulating stategies to strengthen adolescent health
